Year-round training for the committed athletes. This will maximize your athletic development by keeping you prepared and growing through the off-season/in-season.
The Monthly Program is built around:
Arm Care: You will be given a full pre-throwing routine including a J-band routine, as well as soft tissue & activation exercises that will help prime the muscles necessary to perform at a high level. We will also strengthen the arm to help decrease injury and combat the tolls of throwing.
Throwing: Every athlete will have an evaluation of their movement pattern so that we can tailor the drills to the individual athlete. Following the evaluation, we will prescribe throwing drills using PlyoCare balls, Medicine ball, bands, Etc to help solidify efficient natural throwing mechanics. This is a time to work away from the mound and focus on the movements we are trying to engineer into our pitching motion.
Mechanical Breakdown/Pitch Design: During every bullpen, we will breakdown the athletes mechanics to make the proper adjustments if necessary to their program throwing work. We will also go through pitch design sessions to help create an arsenal that will set our pitchers up for success.
Strength & Conditioning Program: Our pitching mechanics are heavily influenced by lifting techniques. The S&C program is designed to help gain strength, power & speed to throw the athletes peak velocity as well as withstand the tolls that repetitive movements take on the body. It will work hand in hand with throwing and adapt to the season of the athlete. This is where real growth comes from!
Mobility: Struggling with improving range of motion? We will have a full work up of mobility drills as well as soft tissue exercises to help improve your nagging mobility problems.
Rehab: For athletes that may be coming back from injury, we will provide a throwing/S&C program to help for a fast and healthy rehabilitation back from injury.

COLLEGE PROGRAM
PEAK VELOCITY SUMMER YOUTH ACADEMY
Peak Velocity Academy is built around:
Athleticism: Your youth athlete will be prescribed drills, movements, and exercises designed to maximize their general athletic ability. Athleticism is the foundation for becoming the best baseball player your child can possibly be now and in the future!
Throwing: Each youth athlete will take part in drills and exercises to help promote authentic and efficient throwing mechanics. Throwing plans will be designed to help educate your son on proper workload management and intensity throughout the week.
Movement: Mobility and strength are both essential parts of any training program. The Academy program will introduce baseline movement protocols for youth athletes to increase general mobility and overall strength.
Competition: The Peak Velocity Academy Program is group style training program where athletes will learn to work as a team and partake in friendly competition. This unique training style is designed to have each youth athlete push each other to become the best version of themself.
Join our group-style monthly training program, 3 days a week, designed for serious youth athletes ages 10-14.
The Academy program focuses on developing essential skills for a successful career.
